Recipe: Zucchini Parmesan
I’m still on my quest to learn 25 new recipes this year. This is a new one that I discovered at A Cozy Kitchen. It was simple and had a lot of some of my favorite things. The first time I made it, I just had it by itself … so this could be a good vegetarian dish. The second time I made it, I used it as a side dish. You could also add pasta to the dish to make it more filling.
